Coca-Cola Cup 2025 – A Season to Remember!
This year, Coca-Cola Cup once again confirmed its status as the largest amateur football tournament in Europe, bringing together an impressive 143,992 young female and male footballers across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Slovenia.
The journey began back in January, with girls and boys competing in local, county, and regional qualifiers to earn their place at the National Finals. Throughout the season, we organized 369 tournaments – celebrating not only skill and competition but above all fair play and friendship.
Highlights by country:
-
Croatia: 151 tournaments across two age categories, with 47,190 young athletes participating.
-
Bosnia and Herzegovina: 74 tournaments, showcasing the talent of 30,356 children.
-
Serbia: 121 tournaments, uniting 54,302 young players.
-
Slovenia: 23 tournaments with 12,244 participants, proving once again that football at Plazma Youth Sports Games is a platform that inspires kids to embrace sports.
Equality and inclusion are core values of the Plazma Youth Sports Games – and Coca-Cola Cup is no exception. Since 2020, in cooperation with UEFA Foundation for Children and led by our ambassador, UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin, we have been strongly committed to the promotion of women’s football. This year, a remarkable 14,015 girls joined the competition, a milestone that makes us especially proud.
The National Finals in Rijeka, Koper, Sarajevo, and Kruševac led to the International Final, held – as tradition dictates – in Split. The grand finals took place at FER’s football ground in front of packed stands and live TV audiences on Arena Sport and Sport Klub. Every moment proved that Coca-Cola Cup is not just a football tournament, but a platform that promotes a healthy lifestyle, teamwork, and lifelong values.
This season’s champions were ŽFK Mačva in the girls’ competition and Vatreni in the boys’ category. Medals and trophies were presented by Croatian football legend Aljoša Asanović, Olympic gold medalist Barbara Matić, former footballer Mirko Hrgović, HNS Head of Security Jurica Jurjević, and President of Plazma Youth Sports Games Zdravko Marić.

Coca-Cola Cup is not just football – it’s where generations grow through friendship, equality, and the game that unites us.
